PageGroup are excited to support a rapidly growing, vibrant consultancy organisation based in Hinckley, Leicestershire with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a large and busy team.

This role will be fully office based working.

Description

The role of HR Advisor is a busy and fast-paced role, you will support a wide range of clients providing first-class HR Advisor on a wide range of employee relations matters via telephone and email.

The role will include:

• Provide expert HR advice to a wide range of business from a diverse range of sectors
• Guide stakeholders on HR polices and procedures in line with employment legislation
• Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
• Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation

Profile

Ideal candidates will have a proven background at providing HR advice on a wide range of employee relations matters.

You will be comfortable working on-site in a busy, fast-paced environment.
