Job Title: HR Advisor/Generalist
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum
SF Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a market-leading organisation to recruit a permanent HR Advisor/Generalist for their UK Head Office in Hinckley. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic and growing international business. You'll become an integral part of a close-knit HR team in a company that is dedicated to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
The Role
As an HR Advisor/Generalist, you will provide comprehensive HR support to a range of key stakeholders, ensuring effective day-to-day HR operations. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for advising on HR policies, assisting with recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and contributing to the strategic development of HR practices within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR advice and support to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practices.
Manage recruitment needs across all levels, working closely with managers to attract and select top talent.
Advise on a complex employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management.
Develop and maintain job descriptions, carry out job evaluations, and assist with salary benchmarking processes.
Promote proactive HR interventions that support the business and employee engagement.
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver value-added HR solutions that align with business goals.
Support the Head of HR with strategic HR projects and initiatives.
Ensure all HR records and processes comply with GDPR and employment legislation.

Key Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Experience managing recruitment and employee relations cases.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads during busy periods.
Confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders constructively when necessary.
