HR Advisor | Coventry | Up to £40,000

The Opportunity:

Are you a proactive HR Advisor ready to become instrumental within the Flagship Manufacturing site of a £Billion Supply Chain Market Leader?

Based at their flagship manufacturing site in Coventry, this is an opportunity for you to progress in your HR career, within a company in which HR is highly respected, and make your mark on driving initiatives, holding a high degree of influence to stakeholders, from shop floor to Head of level.

The Candidate:

HR Advisor level experience (ideally within manufacturing sector)
CIPD Level 5
Proven experience of driving and delivering HR projects, and managing stakeholders.
Happy to be stakeholder facing, and get 'out and about' on the shop floor.
Working Pattern:

8-5 Monday to Thursday, finishing at 1pm on Fridays (on site, with flexi-working after probation)
Salary/Package:

Up to £40,000 plus
23 days holiday + statutory Bank Holidays (increase to 25 after 5 years)
