Key Responsibilities
Updating policies and procedures and drafting new policies when needed
Providing expert employment law guidance
Supporting and leading investigations, disciplinaries and grievances
Assisting managers across the business with new recruits from on-boarding and their probationary period, ensuring review meetings are diarised and carried out.
Preparing all staff contracts, job descriptions, HR policies and forms
Advising on disciplinary and employee performance issues
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
A minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UK
CIPD qualification to level 5 (or equivalent) or current study being undertaken
Good understanding of UK employment law
Previous experience in Employee Relations and Benefits
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
Great attention to detail
Confidentiality and discretion are essential
