Role Overview:



We are currently seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our client's manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive HR support while functioning as an integral member of a busy HR function. Your responsibilities will encompass:



Responsibilitites:




  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts to attract and retain exceptional talent.

  • Serving as a trusted HR professional to management, delivering advise and support on employee development or performance management.

  • Supporting ER casework and processes, ensuring best practices and compliance.

  • Efficiently handling HR transactions, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Developing and nurturing an inclusive, performance-driven, and positive workplace culture.

  • Playing a key role in site improvement projects, contributing to the overall enhancement of operations.



Candidate Profile:




  • Proven experience as a HR Advisor, Coordinator or Generalist, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industrial sector.

  • Strong talent acquisition and onboarding process experience.

  • Minimum qualification: CIPD Level 3, with a preference for Level 5 or actively working towards it.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across the organization.

  • A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
