Jackson Hogg are delighted to be exclusively supporting an exciting engineering client based in Newcastle with the appointment of HR Advisor.
As the HR Advisor you will be providing generalist HR support to the wider business. You will be further developing the HR function whilst working collaboratively with the HR manager to deliver proactive day to day transactional HR services to line managers and employees.
This is a permanent, part time position and a fantastic opportunity to shape your career.

Responsibilities of the HR Advisor role include:




  • Providing support and coaching to line managers on ER matters

  • Being a point of contact for general HR queries

  • Assist with the recruitment processes

  • Day to day operational and transactional HR activities

  • Support leaver and joiner processes

  • Ensure accurate records of employment and personnel data are maintained

  • Develop the performance management system

  • Support health and wellbeing initiatives across the business





We are keen to speak with experienced HR / People Advisors who are open to new opportunities with experience in the manufacturing/engineering industry. Our client would ideally like someone who has strong communication skills, is proactive has high level of attention to detail.
