We have ambitious goals to be the employer of choice in our area and you could play a big part in that. As part of our responsive HR team, you will work closely with managers across the business to proactively support them in dealing with a range of colleague cases, including absence, well-being, and other employee relations casework.. You will also support the HR team to deliver annual wellbeing or inclusion programmes, and other people initiatives.
The HR team is proud to be central to the development of a new forward-thinking culture that will enable us to deliver the best possible service to our customers. Our colleagues are based across the Redcar and Scarborough/Whitby localities. You will have a main base of either Redcar or Scarborough, but will need to travel to other sites for some sensitive discussions.
This role is full time but we will consider 4 days per week for the right candidate.
