HR Advisor

5 Feast Field, Horsforth, LS18 4TJ - Office, home and site working




  • Full time, Monday – Friday (9am- 5pm, 35 hours per week)

  • Permanent position

  • £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification required

The Role



As an HR Advisor, you’ll provide creative and compliant HR support to a wide variety of clients. You’ll work closely with our consultancy team to deliver fantastic client service!



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide generalist HR advice and policy support across the employee lifecycle

  • Engage in project work, employee engagement, and employee relations

  • Support recruitment and selection processes

  • Deliver client learning & development sessions

  • Utilise HR systems (preferred partner: Breathe) to support clients

  • Monitor and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment law

  • Drive business performance in alignment with our mission: "Growing Businesses with People"

  • Support the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices

About You:



We are looking for an HR professional who is confident and organised. You will have:




  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor, ideally in a generalist HR role

  • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification

  • Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with stakeholders

  • A positive attitude and hard-working mentality

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail

  • The ability to work independently as a self-starter

  • Eagerness for continuous professional development
