HR Advisor

Gainsborough - site based

Up to �35k

Full time and Permanent

The HR Advisor will be responsible for the delivery of a full range of HR Services, including providing best practise HR support and ER advice across the business.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Act as first point of contact to provide high quality advice and guidance to support the management team.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance matters from start to finish.
• Maintain and update company policies, procedures and best practises.
• Creating and delivering relevant in-house training programmes.
• Contribute to HR Projects as and when required.

We are looking for:

• Proven HR experience gained at a generalist capacity.
• Experience gained managing ER casework.
• Ideally CIPD qualified.
• Good knowledge of Employment Law.
• Excellent communication and delivery skills.
