HR Advisor - Wisbech - 30/33k
ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a HR Advisor in Wisbech with immediate effect for our client who lead their market nationally.�
Logistics experience and working across Multi sites would be very advantageous.�
The hours for this role are 8:30-5pm - 37.5 hours per week.�
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, or have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.�

This role will be based in Wisbech with the opportunity to travel across different sites.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Overseeing the recruitment process�
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation as required
- Processing leavers
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Ensure employee files are maintained
- Maintaining HR database
- Ensure Company handbooks are up to date in conjunction with the Group HR Department
- Monitor holiday and sickness
- Maintain training records
- Provide advice and support on employee relations queries, attending disciplinary, grievance or appeal meetings as required
- Provide support with the performance management process
- Collate accurate payroll data
- Assisting the Group HR Manager with projects as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience at HR Advisor level is essential
- Experience of working within the transport industry is desirable
- CIPD Qualified (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Enjoy working within a fast pace environment
