HR Advisor - Wisbech - 30/33k



ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a HR Advisor in Wisbech with immediate effect for our client who lead their market nationally.�



Logistics experience and working across Multi sites would be very advantageous.�



The hours for this role are 8:30-5pm - 37.5 hours per week.�



Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, or have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.�

This role will be based in Wisbech with the opportunity to travel across different sites.



Responsibilities and duties:




  • Overseeing the recruitment process�

  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation as required

  • Processing leavers

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees

  • Ensure employee files are maintained

  • Maintaining HR database

  • Ensure Company handbooks are up to date in conjunction with the Group HR Department

  • Monitor holiday and sickness

  • Maintain training records

  • Provide advice and support on employee relations queries, attending disciplinary, grievance or appeal meetings as required

  • Provide support with the performance management process

  • Collate accurate payroll data

  • Assisting the Group HR Manager with projects as needed



Requirements:




  • Previous experience at HR Advisor level is essential

  • Experience of working within the transport industry is desirable

  • CIPD Qualified (or equivalent)

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Attention to detail

  • Enjoy working within a fast pace environment
