Job Opportunity: HR Advisor



Location: Huddersfield



Salary: £40,000 - £47,000 per annum



Working Pattern: 4 days on-site, 1 day WFH



About the Role



Join a thriving manufacturing business in Huddersfield as an HR Advisor, reporting to the HR Business Partner. This is a generalist, hands-on HR role where you'll play a key part in supporting the organisation's growth and success.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution.

  • Take minutes for disciplinary and grievance meetings.

  • Conduct performance reviews and support staff development.

  • Prepare and analyse HR data and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with employment law and industry regulations.

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.



About You



We’re looking for someone who:




  • Holds a CIPD qualification (or is working towards it).

  • Has solid experience in a similar HR role

  • Is confident handling disciplinaries, grievances, and employee relations issues.

  • Demonstrates excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Has strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

  • Is well-versed in HR policies, procedures, and employment law.

  • HRIS Experience
