** HR Advisor needed to start ASAP in Brentwood **

Location:�Brentwood, Private Hospital

Contract:�Temporary, up to 6 months (potential for extension)

Salary:��26.00 per hour - up to �4,160 per month before deductions. Paid weekly!!

Hours:�Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm

About the Role:

Trident Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our private clients�team at a private hospital in Brentwood. This is a temporary contract for up to 6 months, with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations and hold a CIPD qualification in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and support on HR policies and procedures.


• Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.


• Assist with recruitment and selection processes.


• Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.


• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.


• Conduct onboarding and exit interviews.


• Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• CIPD qualification in HR is essential.


• Proven experience in employee relations.


• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Immediate availability to start.
