HR Advisor

My Client is currently looking for an�HR Advisor for and initial 6-month contract based in Gloucester.�

Rate of pay: �29.50 ph inside IR35 via and umbrella company

Term: 6 months, extendable

Hybrid: At least one day a week in Gloucester

The HR Advisor will have the following experience:

• This will be leading on a complex restructure ensuring compliance with internal and statutory legal obligations and ensuring employees feel informed and involved in the process. � Candidates must have proven recent experience in this field.


• They must be confident in using SharePoint and Microsoft packages.


• Candidates must have CIPD at Level 5 or above and experience of managing restructure projects within the public sector.


• Must have up to date employment law knowledge and be values driven and able to lead a restructure process.
