We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented�HR Advisor�to join our clients team on a part-time basis. Working�fully on-site in a corporate environment, you will be the first point of contact for all general HR queries while also supporting key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Act as the main point of contact for general HR-related queries, providing guidance in line with company policies and employment legislation.

  • Draft and issue�offer letters, contracts of employment, and other key HR documentation.

  • Support the�end-to-end recruitment process, including liaising with hiring managers, posting job adverts, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

  • Maintain�accurate employee records�and ensure HR databases are up to date using�Sage HR.

  • Assist with�onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth induction process.

  • Provide support with�HR administration, including updating policies, handling employee changes, and managing probation periods.

  • Support�employee relations matters�where required.

  • Ensure compliance with�HR best practices and legal requirements.



About You:




  • Previous experience in an�HR Advisory or HR Administration role within a corporate environment.

  • Strong understanding of�HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.

  • Proficiency in�Sage HR�or similar HR systems.

  • Excellent�communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business.

  • High�attention to detail�and strong�organisational skills.

  • Ability to�work independently�and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Proficiency in�Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).



The salary for this position is��30,000 FTEand fully on-site with the role being Part-time.
