We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to our client's Human Resources department on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle a variety of Employee Relations (ER) cases, and a strong understanding of HR practices and policies.

Description

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and handling Employment Relations (ER) issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills.
  • A qualification in Human Resources or a related field
