Description

The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role are:

  • Support people managers with recruitment, on boarding, and retention initiatives

  • Conduct meetings with new starters and leavers to ensure smooth transitions

  • Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide data insights and reporting

  • Contribute to well being, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives

  • Assist with employee relations matters such as absence management and performance improvement

  • Ensure HR processes, checklists, and policies are up to date and effectively implemented

  • Support monthly payroll processes

  • Take part in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Profile

The successful candidate for the HR Advisor role is someone with following:

  • Previous experience in an HR Advisor role

  • Solid understanding of current employment legislation

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment

  • Recruitment experience is essential

  • CIPD qualification is desirable

  • Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent time management

  • Discreet and professional when handling confidential matters
