Your Key Responsibilities:
HR Management & Advisory
Develop, review and implement HR policies in line with legal compliance
Support Line Managers with HR matters including absence, disciplinary, grievances, and flexible working
Lead or support employee meetings and investigations
Design and coordinate performance reviews and goal-setting processes
HR Support & Admin
Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
Manage onboarding processes and employment documentation
Prepare HR reports (e.g. absence, turnover trends)
Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and job postings
Finance & General Support
Liaise with Finance to process payroll-related updates
Assist with salary changes and act as payroll backup
Support switchboard cover, hotel and travel bookings for management
Leadership & Compliance
Promote strong performance, dignity at work, and code of conduct standards
Support training initiatives and uphold health & safety, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards
What Youll Need:
CIPD Level 3 or working towards (Level 5 desirable)
23 years' experience in HR support or advisory roles
Solid understanding of HR legislation and recruitment practices
Strong communication, confidentiality, and organisation skills
