Regular Reporting Performance Management Process Leadership System Design Learning & Development Performance & Reward General: Stakeholder Relations Communication Project Management Qualifications: Strong background in HR analytics and systems implementation. Proficiency in using reporting tools like Excel, Power BI, and OBIEE. Experience in leading HR system projects and process improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
