I am seeking a Success Factors Reporting Analyst to join the HR team on behalf of my client within the Engineering sector.
Our client recognises the importance of harnessing the power of data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making within the People function, supporting HR data management, analysis and systems optimisation.

You will have experience in driving innovative and ever-evolving dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI, and be used to managing and analysing HR-related data to identify actionable insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Specific Accountabilities
Developing and maintaining HR databases, systems and reporting tools to ensure the accuracy and secure storage of HR data.
Supporting any migrations of data between SAP ECC6 and SAP SuccessFactors.
Regularly auditing data management practices to promote continuous improvement.
Design and develop suite of MI & reporting information in the relevant prescribed format (SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, EPI-USE).
Supporting on the management and customisation of cloud-based HR Information System, SAP SuccessFactors.
Collaborating with IT and SME's to troubleshoot technical issues.
Skills and Experiences
Advanced experience in HR information systems such as SAP & Success Factors in a reporting role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret tell a story with data narrative.
Experience in using data visualisation tools.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Excel Macros and VBA.
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
