Xander Medical - HR & Compliance Manager
Salary �25,000 - �35,000 DOE
The role:
As HR & Compliance manager you will report into the Social Care Manager and wider SMT and form part of the wider QPE (Quality, Personnel & Experience) Team. You will have a passion for HR and enjoy supporting the business operationally from the ground up.
A solid HR generalist and a true problem solver, you will seek improvements where needed and enjoy owning a process from start to end. You will support with process improvements and specific projects. You will need to be assertive and be able to challenge in a professional manner whilst maintaining positive working relationships. The nature of this role requires a collaborative approach and demonstrable experience of working as part of a team.
You will be CIPD qualified with generalist HR experience and will ideally have gained your experience from within a Healthcare environment or SME. Our client will consider someone who is a seasoned HR Advisor or someone who is looking for a development role. Full support will be provided.

Who we are looking for:
� Experience working in a HR Advisor/Generalist role who had HR and recruitment support - CIPD Level 5 desirable
� Proficient user of MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
� Understanding of HRIS systems
� Strong attention to detail and highly organised
� Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization
� Confident approach and a willingness to support colleagues and collaborate with the wider team
� The ability to work autonomously and be a strong team player is essential for this role.
� Candidates must have examples of demonstrating an ability to influence, persuade, and coach managers
� Problem solver, with ability to think out of the box and multi-task
� Experience of the full recruitment process including interviewing and assessment is advantageous.
� Experience of providing ER advice to Managers
