About the role
Join a HR team with a difference! We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to provide a professional, confidential and efficient administration service to all customers of the HR team, to ensure all operational activities and targets outlined in our People Strategy are delivered and the needs of the overall business are met.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the HR Operations team, this role will have a focus on Employee Relations casework, but will act as the first point of contact for incoming queries to the HR team, you will support with recruitment and on-boarding, absence management, short-term sickness, policy reviews, payroll support and adhoc HR projects where necessary.
About you
We are looking for a “people person” who is keen to gain and/or expand on their existing HR knowledge. You will be confident in using IT systems and databases, with experience and knowledge of MS office packages. You will be pro-active with excellent attention to detail, along with previous experience of working in an office environment. You will keep up to date with legislation and industry updates and will apply tact and diplomacy in your work at all times. Your will be someone who always looks to deliver clear and innovative advice and solutions, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
