What's involved?
As an HR Assistant, you will be a human resources generalist within the hotel's HR team including recruitment and retention, on-boarding of new starters, offer letters & contracts, as well as working closely with the payroll team and Head of Departments to ensure they are supported.
A minimum of CIPD Level 3 is required for this role, and experience within a hotel or hospitality environment is advantageous, but not essential.
