We are currently looking for a HR Assistant for a for a growing company in Kettering.

Key responsibilities include:
\n
\n
\n- Support recruitment including liaising with candidates, managing agencies, writing adverts, organising and attending interviews.
\n- Lead on-boarding and induction process for new starters
\n- Manage the day to day absence, sickness absence recording and tracking (using Bradford)
\n- To provide support for on-site training and development activities, liaise with training providers, capture training costs, course evaluation and support internal HR training efforts.
\n- Conduct HR Induction sessions
\n- Support the implementation of an integrated HR and Payroll system
\n- Sickness absence recording and tracking (using Bradford)
\n- Support leaver process, including exit interviews and final pay calculations
\n- Maintain employee data on the HR system
\n- Support the HR Advisor and Head of HR as required

\n
Ideal candidates will be:
\n
Educated 'A' level standard and hold a CIPD qualification.
\n
You will have previous experience in Human Resources working with an integrated HR and Payroll system. Previous experience in recruitment & selection and onboarding is essential for this role.
