Key Responsibilities:




  • Assist with general HR tasks

  • Manage employee life cycle administration

  • Maintain employee records and systems

  • Administer employee support initiatives

  • Oversee training expiration and continuation

  • Assist with Right to Work and DBS checks

  • Manage enquiries and inboxes as the first line of response

  • Handle service recognition and rewards for exams, retirement, etc.

  • Raise POs and invoices

  • Book Team days and social events



Person Specification:



Education and Qualifications:




  • Essential:�Good standard of Maths and English

  • Desirable:�CIPD Level 3 (or above) or equivalent experience



Skills and Experience:




  • Experience in an HR environment

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills




  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Agile and adaptable

  • People-driven with a sense of fairness and integrity

  • Diligent and detail-oriented

  • Creative, solutions-driven, and self-motivated

  • Resilient and able to perform under tight deadlines
