We are focused on helping make sure our customers leave nothing to chance and our people help us achieve this.We have an opening for two HR Business Partners to join the Group, we have big and exciting plans ahead, and our HR team play a key part in ensuring our amazing teams are supported with expert HR leadership, advice and support as our business grows.This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract and we are ideally looking for someone to start as soon as possible.The RoleAs a HR Business Partner, you will be focused on enabling the Group, and your business areas by delivering great people approaches. You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team understanding exactly what direction the business is heading in, you will partner with the leaders in your business areas to truly understand the business from an operational and cultural perspective. You will be a hands-on team player, happy to get involved in the operational work and have extensive experience in building strategic relationships.At BES Group we are on a journey of growth by acquisition, so there is will opportunity to utilise your change management skills, supporting your business areas through the transition as company grows. We have also recently introduced a new HR system, which has put us in a strong position to support this these changes. The HR Team love what they do, they really make a difference and that gets noticed every single day.If you work for us, you will get the below and, so much more:Salary up to £60,000 (negotiable, depending on experience)Discretionary annual company bonus and yearly salary reviewA flexible working approach, the role will be based in our Manchester city centre office with home based working availableDevelopment opportunities across the business25 days leave per year plus bank holidays (and an extra day off on your birthday to celebrate you!)Option to buy and sell up to 5 days holidays, plus 5 days can roll over into next yearElectric vehicle salary sacrifice car schemeAccess to discounts and benefits via our company benefits portal including; retail, fitness, holiday and cinema discountsThe support of a superb employee assistance programmeUp to 10% pensionOpportunities to attend volunteer daysCompany contribution to charity fundraising you participate in; we want to support charities you are passionate about!Employee Suggestion programme; because we value input from everyone in the BES GroupWhat you will doNo two days are the same, but some of your responsibilities will include:You will attend operational, budget and strategy meetings relating to your business area.You will work with your business areas to understand their business strategy and support them with creating and implementing a people strategy to align and drive thisYou will partner with key stakeholders, the HR and Careers Team to help build organisations people capability and implement key people strategiesYou will support the business with succession planning and change projectsYou will supporting our new acquisitions with their people needs; building collaborative and supportive relationships, guiding on best practice, training and providing them with everything they need to succeed in their new homeBuild and establish required reporting and data insights that aligns with future business designYou will act as the link between our Executive, Operations, Technical and Leadership Teams; keeping them abreast of issues and developments and supporting themYou will work with your key stake holders to understand and resolve key people challengesYou use your expertise when needed to support our HR Advisors, Generalists and Administrator to ensure guidance given on day-to-day HR mattersBeing a valued member of our fantastic HR Team, where we all work together to support business operations, so you may be required to pitch in and complete some generalist HR activities or projects.What you will haveYou will be fully CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5 or above) and offer previous HR Business Partner experience. You will be naturally inquisitive, not afraid to challenge, lead by example and have an honest approach to both employees and leaders. You’ll also:Offer up-to-date knowledge of employment lawHave experience with TUPE proceduresStrong change management and transformation experience including working small and larger scale projectsHave the ability to understand detailed information; compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it to colleagues in a professional, clear, and concise mannerResilient, demonstrating confidence in influencing and negotiating - you'll need to be comfortable having difficult conversations and presenting to Senior LeadersApproachability, with exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to form effective working relationships with people at all levelsSelf-motivated and proactiveProficient IT skills (including MS applications)Integrity is a must, as you’ll be working with sensitive and confidential informationYou’ll have unquestionable attention to detail and strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlinesOffer flexibility and willingness to travel to a variety of business sites on occasionReliability is essential; being dependable is something that we really valueNext StepsTo apply for this role, simply click “Apply”.
