How we'd like to work together

The location is flexible, and the preference will depend on where the client group is based, in order to facilitate regular face to face interactions. It's important to achieve the right balance between face-to-face interactions with virtual working over the long term. Moreover, there's a flexibility required, to interact with the wider team; in return you will get to work with an organisation that understands how inter-twined work and life have become - and both the benefits and challenges that brings - and therefore offers a flexible, progressive way of supporting it through our hybrid working philosophy.
