- Leading on workforce planning for the technology function.
- Acting as a transformation SME.
- Partnering with business leaders on change management.
- Key member of the technology SLT.
- Partnering with broader HR teams.
- Adoption of engagement surveys.
Skills required:
- Proven experience liaising and working with technology stakeholders.
- Experience supporting multi-national functions.
- Understanding of organisational change management.
- Strong communicator.
- CIPD qualification desirable.
