HR Business Partner

Portfolio are excited to be partnering with an organisation based in Yorkshire to recruit an experienced HRBP to join their Human Resource team - this is a permanent position working hybrid for a fantastic business. Supporting with a variety of transformational and behavioural change strategies and supporting with the design and implementation of projects covering a wide range of HR functions, with a primary focus on ER and cultural change.

This is a generalist position, coaching and influencing leaders across the business and delivering key people practices

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Facilitating and driving change within the organisation
• Delivery of people practices and responsibility for continuous improvement
• Providing generalist HR support to a diverse organisation

Person Specification

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent
• Experienced in the design, delivery and lead of HR specific projects
• Effective communication with key stakeholder management experience
