We are seeking to recruit a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner to join a professional services company based close to Preston. Offering mainly remote working with occasional office days and travel to other office locations.

This is a newly created role to support their growth, and will be focused on providing a proactive approach to employee relations and enhancing HR capabilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations Management: Handle complex ER cases with a strategic approach, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- HR Projects: Lead and contribute to a range of people projects, rewards and recognition. Career mapping and engagement.
- People collaboration: Work closely with management and employees to provide expert HR guidance and support.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that support our sustainability and growth objectives.
Ideal Person Fit:
- Proven experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations and case management (complex cases)
- In-depth understanding of HR practices / Employment legislation (having European Employment law insight would desirable)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues and influence effectively
- CIPD Level 5 or above
- A proactive and innovative mindset, able to work at pace and manage multiple deadlines.
