A dedicated HRBP is sought for a leading role within our retail and warehousing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of HR-related tasks, offering support to both management and employees.

Description

The role is working closely with the Head of People and will have 2 direct reports

• Provide HR guidance to managers and employees
• Implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Support organisational changes
• Manage employee relations issues
• Deliver HR training to the team
• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Promote equality and diversity within the workplace
• Ensure legal compliance throughout all HR functions

Profile

A successful 'HRBP' should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Proven experience in Human Resources
• Excellent understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Strong knowledge of employment law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
