HR Business Partner

The successful HR Business Partner will involve collaborating with the Human Resources Director and our dedicated HR team to deliver people-centric initiatives that empower and drive our local business strategy.

The role will involve:

Contribute to our business strategy, track progress against key people indicators, and deliver strategic people activities.
Champion our health, safety, and environmental programs, and support wellbeing initiatives.
Stay informed about the local talent market, participate in key appointments, and support talent development.
Ensure understanding and support for our people programs, and partner with specialists to build capability and competence.
Use data and engagement to diagnose organizational issues, execute employee/industrial relations strategy, and support improvement processes.

To be successful in this role of HR Business Partner we would love to speak to anyone who has experience of:

Proficient in English and knowledge of French or Spanish.
You're comfortable working in a modern centralized operating model.
You have strong knowledge of HR principles and practices and experience managing labor relations in Europe.
Proven track record of delivering results.
