HR Business Partner

A global manufacturing group based in Wrexham, is looking to recruit an experienced HR professional as part of a site improvement programme.

This is an exciting role for a true generalist that is passionate about supporting and guiding line managers through employee relations and is naturally engaging with the workforce to drive a positive culture.

Reporting to the Head of HR, as HR Business Partner key responsibilities will be to: -

• Support HR Manager with the delivery of HR policy and guidance to managers
• Act as point of contact for all Employee Relations issues and advice.
• Ensure legal compliance to company policies and procedures.
• Develop manager training and provide coaching/support on all employee issues.
• Ensure effective HR administration and reporting processes are developed and maintained.
• Assist Head of HR in driving current, medium- and long-term business objectives surrounding recruitment, onboarding, training & development, attrition, succession planning.

The successful candidate: -

• Experience gained as a HR generalist in manufacturing/engineering/industrial environments.
• Able to coach, mentor, influence and advise managers on all HR policies.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, confidence and energy.
• Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Have the appetite to be part of an ongoing improvement/transformation programme.
