HR Business Partner

We are currently hiring a HR Business Partner to join our team in Belfast City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the human resource function within Reperio. Your role will primarily deal with generalist HR responsibilities, with the focus on shaping the future of the workforce in Reperio and establishing robust approaches to assist in the growth of the business. This role is based in the Reperio headquarters in Belfast but will also involve generalist HR responsibilities for our US offices also (predominantly undertaken remotely from Belfast). The HR Business Partner will be responsible for the overall generalist remit, providing advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities. Responsibilities: Create robust processes for internal reviews (monthly / yearly performance, probationary reviews etc.) Assist in development, delivery & implementation of HR strategy across Belfast & US offices Manage employee absence (sickness/annual leave etc.) Assist in the design, development and delivery of learning & development programmes Manage equality monitoring processing & collection Manage existing HRIS and maximise all functionalities, creating a robust, systematic approach which is scalable across all office locations Assist in employee engagement strategies, building out company culture initiatives across our Belfast & US offices Deliver HR projects in support of business objectives Manage review procedures & lead any formal disciplinary proceedings Manage general HR functions Act as company Fire Warden Requirements: Degree educated & CIPD qualified Circa 10 years commercial experience in a relevant HR position Strong working knowledge of employment law & HR best practices Proven ability in performance management Ability & interest in travelling to our US offices on occasion throughout the year Experience establishing & conducting employee review cycles, and chairing relevant disciplinary proceedings Excellent planning & organisational skills Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to influence others Proactive approach & ability to problem solve Benefits Competitive salary (circa £40,000) dependent on experience US travel opportunities Regular office incentives & company trips Social office environment, with a positive, team orientated culture Health & cash plan benefit About Reperio Human Capital Reperio Human Capital is a leading IT specialist recruitment consultancy, headquartered in Belfast City Centre, that focuses primarily on the technology industry in Ireland and the United States.
