HR Business Partner

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fantastic team based in Hythe, Southampton. The role is focused on people plans and development across all aspects of HR. You will need to support the Peoples Team Director and cover all HR duties in relation to relevant policies and company procedures.

The successful Candidate will need:

• Graduate member or working towards Level 5 CIPD
• Experience in a generalist HR role
• Experience in analysing data and producing reports
• Experience in, and knowledge of, advising managers on HR related procedures, casework, change management and policy interpretation
• LADO experience a plus
