We are working with a company who are in a period of growth, with a team of around 100 people over two sites (Wolverhampton and Gloucestershire) who are motivated and take a real pride in their work. This company prides itself on creating a good working environment, and with a number of social and charitable events throughout the year.
They are looking for an HR Business Partner, to be based in Wolverhampton, who will be:
* Working with the senior management team to support managing performance and development of all staff

* Involved in developing, reviewing and updating HR procedures and processes
* Supporting and driving key culture change objectives in various business areas
* Advising and supporting the company on HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance on employment law
* Managing the day-to-day HR function (recruitment, on-boarding, attendance, employee development, employee relations etc
As HR Business Partner, you will enjoy:
* Salary £45-60,000 depending on experience
* Company car
* Based in Wolverhampton with the option to work on a hybrid basis
* 25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays
* Death in Service benefits
