HR Business Partner

Our client, a respected partner to schools nationwide, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Partner to lead their HR and Occupational Health advisory services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to make a real impact in the education sector.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead a team of HR and Employment Law Consultants.
* Provide expert guidance on HR, employment law, and Occupational Health.
* Collaborate closely with schools to refine policies, contracts, and ensure compliance with GDPR and Occupational Health standards.
* Manage both routine and complex employee relations matters, offering solutions to the most challenging HR issues.
What We’re Looking For:
* A Bachelor’s degree (or ideally a Master’s) in HR, Employment Law, Occupational Health Management, or equivalent field experience.
* Expertise in GDPR and Occupational Health management.
* Strong background in HR, employment law, and employee relations, with senior-level experience in the education sector.
* CIPD or similar certification (preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work remotely and independently with a proactive approach.
* Commitment to continuous professional growth and self-awareness.
Location:
Primarily home-based, with occasional travel across the North West.
