Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees across multiple sites.
- Manage employee relations issues and support managers in handling complex cases.
- Work closely with field-based staff, ensuring their HR needs are met and they feel connected to the wider business.
- Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality staff.
- Lead on HR projects and initiatives, driving engagement and fostering a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum requirement).
- Proven experience of working across multiple sites and within diverse business environments.
- Strong experience of supporting field-based staff and understanding their unique challenges.
- Excellent knowledge of employee relations, HR best practices, and UK employment law.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
