HR Business Partner – Oxfordshire Location: Oxfordshire
Hybrid: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
We are excited to partner with a leading
education trust in their search for an
HR Business Partner to oversee HR strategy and operations across
10 local schools. This role is pivotal in aligning HR processes to the organization’s short, medium, and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: &######;
Handle employee relations casework, including misconduct investigations and grievances.
&#####9; Provide expert advice to
Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on performance and HR matters.
✅ Oversee
absence management, including sickness and family leave reporting and support.
✅ Lead
recruitment strategies, job advert creation, and coordinate
interview panels.
✅ Ensure
safeguarding and
compliance with recruitment checks and training records.
✅ Manage
payroll,
exit arrangements, and
staff census data.
✅ Supervise the
HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes across the schools.
What You’ll Need: - Strong HR expertise in casework, absence management, and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively liaise with senior leaders and staff.
- Knowledge of statutory HR regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Proven experience working within the Education sector.
