Are you a proactive HR professional with strong ER experience and a passion for driving change and continuous improvement? We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic HR Business Partner to join this dynamic organisation!
About the Role:
In this key role, you'll:
- Provide expert support on HR casework (disciplinary, grievance, etc.)
- Guide and coach managers on HR policies and best practices
- Play an active role in interviews, inductions, and exit processes
- Contribute to policy and process development
- Support and lead on change initiatives
- Deliver a great experience to our people through excellent HR service
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in Tech or FMCG environments
- Solid ER/HR advisory experience
- Change management awareness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and highly organised
- A team player with a self-starter attitude
- CIPD qualified or working towards
