Human Resources Business Partner
Mid Kent

Hybrid working following successful probation
An opportunity has arisen for a HR Business Partner to join our client, a global, market leading manufacturing business in Mid Kent. This role acts as a strategic partner to employees, providing HR knowledge to support the business objectives.
Duties include:
Act as a credible advisor to management on all HR matters.
Complex ER management to include disciplinaries, grievances etc.
Responsible for the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Developing training programs and facilitating learning initiatives.
Assisting with organisational changes to include restructures.
Identifying trends from HR metrics and making recommendations to improve learning and development.
Design, lead and execute recruitment campaigns.
Manage all onboarding and off boarding procedures.
Attend job fairs and take the lead on all HR projects.
Ensuring UK laws and regulations are followed at all times.
To be considered for this role, you must have/be:
Proven experience within a similar role with a strong focus on employee relations.
Strong understanding of UK employment law.
A level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification (or equivalent).
Familiar with Workday.
Experience within learning and development.
Experience dealing with end-to-end recruitment processes.
The ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and capable of building strong working relationships.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organised, adaptable and resilient.
Excellent time management skills.
