PageGroup are delighted to support a well-known Transport organisation based in Birmingham with the appointment of a HR Case Manager to join for a 6 month interim contract.

This role can offer hybrid working - 3 days on-site and 2 days home per week.

Description

The role of HR Case Manager is a varied and busy role, it will include but not limited to:

Supporting line managers in professionally managing all people processes (e.g. discipline, grievance, MFA, flexible working requests etc.)
Providing legal and procedural advice - tracking and monitoring actions
Delivering all HR actions, on time, and escalating cases that are behind agreed functional / HR SLAs
Document and record all cases in the HR system
Producing reports tracking compliance and business outcomes - identify reoccurring issues and deploying solutions to resolve
Supporting the reviewing and updating of people processes and procedures - promoting legal and business effectivenessProfile

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar position.

Ideally, but not essentially, you will have exposure to a unionised environment.

Job Offer

Up to £45000pa
6 month Interim
