HR Coordinator | Runcorn | Part Time - 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm| £24,000-£27,000 per annum, pro rated

Our client provides a dedicated, superior-quality global POS Installation (Point of Sale) and Retail maintenance service.

They have built a reputation for efficiency and dependability across their range of in-store services and due to client demand, expanded their work into the full mix of retail solutions and field marketing services across the globe.

As a HR Coordinator you will report into the Operations Manager and manage all tasks required to support the company employees/people from induction into the business through to final date of employment.

Are you the right person for the job?


  • Previous of 2 years minimum HR Coordinator experience
  • Ability to solve problems and work on a multitude of Tasks
  • Excellent communication, organisational & time management skills
  • Flexible & analytical approach
  • Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, PPT and Excel
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, following instructions and be part of a team

What will your role look like?


  • Coordination of the company HR management system and associated HR administration and compliance
  • Coordination of the IHASCO company / employee training system
  • Coordination of the Employee Starters & Leavers process
  • Coordination of the On-boarding and Off-boarding process including scheduling inductions
  • Coordination of Accident Reporting
  • Supporting employee mediations, disputes & disciplinary’s
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the systems, utilising to maximum capacity and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Actively participate in the daily meetings, providing relevant updates and information regarding ongoing tasks.
  • Provide support to the Operations Manager by compliance with the department processes and any additional ad-hoc requests as required, including immediate escalation of any issues
