Due to continued expansion, our Magherafelt office is seeking to recruit a: HR / Credit Control Administrator (HR24/2) Responsibilities Coordinate the recruitment process and manage onboarding for new hires; Manage holiday booking system; Maintain confidential personnel files; Manage trainee exam enrolment process; Manage staff relations and organise staff social events; All aspects of credit control to include receipts allocation, chasing of debt, month end procedures etc.; Provide a high level of support and administration using Microsoft Office packages; Other general HR/admin duties. Requirements Level 3 CIPD qualified (minimum); 12 months experience in a HR role; Exceptional interpersonal, written, and analytical skills; A high level of attention to detail and accuracy; Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Ability to work independently, prioritise, and work within set deadlines.
