Description
The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for/to:
- Analyse HR data and generate useful reports
- Provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making
- Manage the move from using Excel based information to Power BI reporting
- Support HR-related projects
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity, managing data input for transfer
- Develop and maintain HR metrics
- Collaborate with HR team to identify improvement opportunities
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR analytics trends and best practices
Profile
The successful HR Data Analyst will have:
- Experience of working closely with HR Data
- Ability to own the transition of data from Excel to Power BI or similar
- HR knowledge and the ability to translate the data into useful HR information
- Automation of Excel spreadsheets including pivot tables
- Ability to make commercial proposals for any budgets required
- Provision of HR data for projects
- Able to start immediately or on short notice
Job Offer
On offer for this HR Data Analyst is:
- Salary of �40-45k p/a FTE, pro rata for a 3 day week
- 3 day week or equivalent with flexible working
- 3 month contract initially
- Hybrid role with days between Wakefield office and home
- Immediate start
