HR Executive
Brentwood, office based
Permanent Full time or Part time position (20-25 hours per week)
Up to £30k per annum pro-rata

Athona Limited are looking for an experienced standalone HR professional, to provide support across the company, the successful applicant will be an integral part of our team working to deliver the HR objectives for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with HR queries throughout the business
• Providing ongoing HR advice and support to all employees
• Provide internal recruitment from attraction to induction
• Provide first line advice on current and existing benefits for employees
• Manage employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement and redundancy
• Monitor and review HR policies and processes in line with employment regulations, implementing changes where necessary
• Working alongside the Revalidation and Appraisal Associate Director to ensure company compliance for external audits

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• A comprehensive background in HR
• Internal recruitment specialist
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees
• Organised, proactive multi-tasker
• CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential)
