Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and development
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to HR
- Manage the performance review process and ensure it is carried out effectively
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture
- Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly
- Work closely with management to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
Profile
- Proven experience in a similar HR role ideally within the industrial/manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
