Description
- Reporting into the HR Director however you will have responsibility for the Halifax site of approx 50 employees working with the SLT
- Site based and first point of contact for all HR matters including
- Employee Relations, day to day operational HR queries, L&D, recruitment, payroll administration, stakeholder management, payroll administration
- Supporting a cultural change in the organisation
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
- previously operated in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager capacity with the ability to work in a standalone role
- A proven track record in a similar role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
- Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
- Site based 5 days per week
