As an HR Manager, would you like the chance to have full autonomy and make an impact on a business, both shaping your rewarding roleand the Human Resources function within a personal, team focused environment?
A long standing, highly successful independent retail business are looking for an HR Manager to join their friendly team on a part-time basis, and create, develop and build a supportive Human Resources function within the company, to help maintain their culture whilst supporting and enhancing procedures within the organisation.� An important part of your role will be partnering up and building relationships with managers across all departments to support them and improve personnel procedures and processes.� This will be your chance to put your own stamp on the business, implementing policies and procedures and�establishing a tailored�HR function as you see fit.
As�HR Manager your exciting new role will include:
  • Developing and implementing strategies, policies and procedures�
  • Overseeing all operational tasks throughout the employee life cycle�including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations
  • Providing support and guidance to managers in all aspects of the employee life cycle
  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and regulations
  • Managing all aspects of recruitment including sourcing, onboarding and inductions, and referencing
  • Ensuring all Human Resources related documentation is maintained and kept up to date
I am looking to speak with candidates who have proven senior level�human resources experience working as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Business Partner or other senior HR professional.�
Salary for this position is c. �50,000 to �55,000 Pro Rata (Full Time Equivalent).� As this is a Part-time role 2 days per week, the�actual�salary will be �20,000 to �22,000 p.a. (depending on level of experience).��
