We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our clients growing organisation. The successful candidate will work within a standalone role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources function including compliance to ensure the company and the Directors are protected.

Title: HR Manager

Salary: �40,000 - �50,000 per annum

Location: Bracknell with hybrid working


HR responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters, providing guidance and support on issues such as conflict resolution and performance improvement
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure continuous improvement and development of our employees
  • Complete administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and processing payroll and benefits
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Skills and experience:

  • CIPD Level 5
  • Confidence and experience to manage a HR function in a standalone role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practises and employment laws
  • A people person who can engage with the dynamic team
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
