The role: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the HR department including coordinating all functions in relation to employment. Closing date: Wednesday 31st July 2024 About The Role Key Duties: Managing the recruitment processes developing job descriptions and personal specifications, preparing advertisements, and placing in relevant job boards and social media, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates. Developing the HR systems and processes. Working with the senior team to strategically determine areas of improvement. Utilising an HR associate and other team members to assist in the delivery of key initiatives. Designing, delivering, and reporting on a central HR Strategy. Required Criteria Third Level qualification in relevant Business/HR-related discipline CIPD membership or working towards completion of CIPD qualification Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience Experience in people management Microsoft literate Competency in HR systems Desired Criteria Level 5 CIPD (CIPD) or working towards Experience working in HR within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience designing and implementing strategic improvements History of practical involvement in developing line management skills.
